Is this rare?

I've had these awhile been kinda holding on to them there fairly small but a nice blue the only place I have seen them was on Atlantis's site but there not there anymore any idea's?

those look like they have 3d 'bubble' tips vs. the 2d 'petals' of cloves

I have some too, It was on a sps plug. Dunno what it is but it is a low grower.
