I have a 125 aqueon reef ready tank i just setup last week. Its hard plumbed to a trigger systems 34 sump. Im using the standard durso drain the tank comes with. Have a jebao 8000 return pump. I noticed i am getting tons of foam in the return section. It wasnt this bad when i first ran it last week. I have the return turned all the way down. Is this just gonna be normal for this system since im using a durso? Or maybe its because the tank is cycling and ammonia is high?

I have an outside airline line feeding a bubbler powerhead in my sump. It pump an extreme amt of bubbles from the outside air.

I'm enjoying the higher pH of 8.2-8.3 during high light cycles.

Some ppl will say if microbubbles is among the fish they could get some sort of gill disease. Baaaaaah! Ive never seen that.

I'd rock on with your bubbles and watch for pH swings
