Frist time keeping a torch I wanna know if this is too much flow, thanks!

U see when the current shifts and nails it and the skeleton discs kinda pop out. Anytime it looks like that the torch hasn't done good for me that's how I judge it
 
It should just be more like a tree in the wind or breeze rather than a tree in a storm
