I just got two small clowns 4 days ago, and I don't know if the flow in my tank is too hard on them. I have a Red Sea Max e170 tank, with a Red Sea return pump (2,150 lph/568 gph Sicce return pump) which is not on maximum flow. And then I have a Tunze 6040 Nanostream + controller, close to maximum setting. The problem is when I turn it down, I can see my sand turning a bit brown/yellow in places with lowest flow :/

Water parameters today:
Nitrite = 0
Nitrate = 5
Ammonia = <0.15
PH = 8.15
KH/Alkalinity = 8.4 dkH

nah, they look like they are having fun playing around.

A lot of us have very strong flow in our tanks, the fish are fine. Ocean waves are much stronger.
