Is this too much flow??

I have two Orbit 4 Cross Flows setup on random, one as the parent and the other as child. They are running min 60% and max 65% with a medium variance.

Appreciate the help.

I have a lot of flow in my 125, I run old school powerheads at 100% it's a fowler tank predator tank

I went a changed both to pulse to give it a wave effect, the left side is set to 90% and the right side is set to 90% but on a reverse flow, so it’s going towards the mid part of the tank.

This look good??

I transferred some fish over and my four clowns are in the corner and the flame angel is under a rock. They only come out when flow and return pump are off. I’ve got the gyres turned down really low. What should I be looking at?
