I am curious if this is too much flow for my hammer. I just got them today so they aren’t fully opened but I want to know if I should move them.

The flow looks fine to me, similar to my tank. But the toadstool in the background is stretching up like crazy, I would check the lighting.....

That is how I bought it, but it has started stretching out a bit from when I got it. Sorry, for some reason I was not getting any notifications on this thread.......

I also am curious about the lights in your tank

I am using the Red Sea light that comes with the Red Sea Nano Xl. I currently run it at 40-45% intensity only blues, mostly because my tank is a LPS dominant, and have had a few SPS bleach whenever I place them higher up, Par is about 80 at the bottom.
So far the hammers have all looked good except for maybe the holy grail one, wondering if it is too much flow. Will attach a video in a second.

I am slightly worried about the hologram hammer, unsure but it looks like it is starting to retract.

I would turn the lights up. IMO 80 par is low. And as mentioned the toadstool is stretching like crazy, just because you bought it like that doesn’t mean it won’t improve under the correct lighting. Toadstools are great indicators of the lighting IMO. Your light should be up around 70%-80% IMO. Your tank is talking to you, you should listen.

I doubt the sps bleached under your lights , your light is adequate for your tank IMO so it should not be set so low. It’s more likely rtn or stn that killed the sps

Good luck.

You need to up the light intensity. My tank is getting 2-300 at the sand almost 30" from the light. You can imagine what the ones in the top of the tank are getting.

So what do you think I should do as for an acclimation to the higher lighting. Do you think I should do a long acclimation that the app for the lights has and gradually increase it higher in intensity?

I dont acclimate anything to light. No issues so far.
