Is this torch bleaching?

I don't remember it being lighter toward the bottom of the tentacles. My alk swings a little because I'm trying to dial it in. It goes from about 7.8 to 8.3 every three days or so. When it starts rising I'll lower my dose, then it'll fall, then I'll raise the dose and it'll rise, ect. I feel like I'm almost there. The torch is halfway up the 24" deep cube. I have a hydra 26 with only blues and violents at 53%. I did put on acclimation mode till the end of February at a starting reduction of 10% just incase I am giving it too much light. I'm gonna rent a par meter by the end of the week. Its usually extended real good but when i took the picture i had just turned pumps back on. My flow is probably on the lighter side for fear of giving it too much flow. Thanks guys
