Is this torch salvageable?

This torch I ordered got injured during shipping. It’s been shedding flesh, but started to come out. I have it low with low flow and light. I don’t want to give up on it, I’ve had it for not even a day but this looks hurt.

If there is flesh it's always salvageable. Leave it alone and let it heal.

Lost it this morning. Sucks, seems like the shop will make it right so that's a plus.

Funny, I accidently bid on this coral and of course it is the headache one.
