Im trying to implement a 3 way pool valve in my set up, I took it apart to see if it has metal components inside, and it does. It does have 2 "metal" screws holding the seal of internal valve. They do not magnetize when using magnet to them.

This is link to actual valve.

I know its not a popular option, but does any one know of full plastic 3 way valve?

..Im thinking of melting plastic over these screws to protect them from water.

Would it be possible to put silicone or epoxy over them?
Thats what im thinking. Only con to this is if i do that I wont ever service a seal if it failes in future.

Yeah that’s true. It might not be worth it, but maybe you could find some nylon or titanium screws with the same size and thread pitch?

A buddy got a few of these a while back, I THINK I remember them having no internal fasteners:

Annoyingly, the handle points opposite of what you’d expect from any other valve… parallel is closed, perpendicular is open, if memory serves correct!
