I googled the address they list on the website and it came up as for rent-sale. So..I would say it is likely phony. But it could recently have been rented and those listings aren’t up to date.

Looks like that address is occupied by Metrocell Construction. Perhaps the owner of that business is also into setting pet supplies online? Check there website, there's a phone number, you could easily call him and ask...
