I have been shopping for a nanomat dispenser replacement part for Red Sea and this is the only website that has it https://www.directfishtanks.com/checkout/. Is it legit? There prices are skeptical on some items.

ah! My browser did not like that site, nor found when googling...... I PERSONALLY wouldn't buy... BUT others may have more info.

Prices seem too low to be true, maybe a scam considering it is similar to fishtankdirect

They are legit, or at least used to be.
I ordered from them once in 2022. I ordered something they showed in stock, however it turns out it was not. I had multiple back and forth communication with them over a period of about 2 months but the item never got in stock and they refunded me.
Keep in mind that this was during COVID so things were in turmoil.

It's absolutely a scam
Read through their "about" it's a grocery store supplier, not aquariums.
More importantly, read through their return policy and they reference bigsusa.com instead of directfishtanks.com because they forgot to change the name on thr page
Bigsusa.com was exposed as a scam and has been known to be scammed for a while now.
It looks like they just never bothered to change any of those footer pages because they don't expect people to actually read through the about or policies.

You may be thinking fish tank direct. This website was created 1/5/2026, it's only 3 months old

No, it was direct fish tanks. The email did change during our correspondence from [email protected] to [email protected], but I was taking to the same person. (I know this because I keep all of those emails)
Either way that was in early 2022, so I can't vouch for them now, but they were responsive in email, and refunded me without question when the item didn't get back in stock. It was a Versa 4 Pack, so a 700 dollar purchase. During this time they weren't in stock anywhere, and when I found they had them in stock (or so I thought) I ordered.

Maybe, but I still have that same CC and it's been 4 years now, so if they were going to use it for something bad they are sure taking their time.
As for as your name and address and email everyone already has all of that, so I don't know why anybody would be afraid of that getting stolen.
You could use paypal if your worried about getting your cc stolen.
Either way my experience wasn't bad, but you have to make your own choice. If the deal seems to good to be true, then it probably is, probably.....

I mean, I don't know how if the business has existed since January of this year but if you look up those emails, both go to different sites
Go to the website and their email is [email protected] not the 2 that your reference. This is 100% a scam
