I'll look for a med containing that ingredient.It is and you will likely not find Furan-2 which works. Other meds with nitrofurazone will work. Zoa Pox is a disease that causes tissue recession and eventually death if not treated.

I agree, unless they look like zits and bumpy they arent pox. If theyre smooth on the flesh its natural coloring.Short of a more detailed and focused picture I don’t believe that to be pox. Some agaves, magicians and Hawaiian PE have white or cream-colored flecks in their tissue.
Pox is going to present as a discrete spots- often slightly raised.
