ISO Used DLSR - Need suggestions

I'm sick of the lousy pictures using my phone and I'm ready to dip my foot in the DSLR pool. I'd like some suggestions as to a decent two or three year old model. I'd like to keep the price sub $350 with a solid lens. I know I'll have to invest in a macro in the future.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
