Just installed the Vectra S2 and was playing with low flow options like 2 percent, everything was fine till I cranked up the flow to 50 percent but now when I go back to a low flow setting like 2 percent the pump still pushes out the same flow as like 30% percent not sure what to do. I think I might be using the app wrong or something help would be very appreciated.

Hello,
Potential suggestion that might help:
-Exit the app, turn off your Bluetooth and turn off the Vectra

-Turn on the Vectra (after at least one minute) and the Bluetooth again
-After a few minutes open your app again and see if the app is connected to the pump. If yes, do the change again in the flow. Don’t forget to save after the change!!
Cheers

Could very well be a timing issue when sampling different flow rates in mobius. It'll only run your setting for a few seconds and revert back to normal operation.

Also, did you calibrate the vectra before programming it? That will tailor the pump to your tank and plumbing.

By turning off your my vectra do you just mean unplugging it? and do i just turn off the bluetooth on my phone or somehow on the app?

I did calibrate my vectra after this happened but still the flow was way too strong even when the flow was set to 1%

Hello, unplug the Vectra and plug again.
Bluetooth from the phone itself.
The idea is just to make sure that they are connected.

If nothing works, you can reset the Vectra in the App

Good luck!

How do I lower the wattage? This would instamtly fix my issue as when the issue was not there the wattage was at 4 now it is at 12
