Ripped me off. I returned an item that arrived broken and with parts missing. They said I should send back - it cost me $50 bucks. Three weeks later a guy named Abdul called me to tell me that they denied a refund because the return was missing a part. Refused to back down and hung up on me.

I followed up with Able and it looks like on Friday after he spoke with you, he submitted your paperwork to processing to be refunded. This RMA batch will be processed this Friday. You should see the refund back on your credit card within 48-72 hours once it is processed on our end.
