ATO will gradually over fill my AIO. Actually dropped 3g+ into the tank overnight.

Got my receipt but not sure we're to find the SN for you.

Got pic of the sensor area.

Serial number is on a white tag on the cable, near the plug ends,

Do you have a UV sterilizer, growlight spectrum light, any other optic sensor or a motion detector in the vicinity? If so try with any such device off, a UV creates an electrical field in the water (like an induction charge) and this disrupts the CPU, a titanium ground probe is needed to solve this. The other 3 devices emit infrared and will blind the optic sensor as a result as it uses infrared to detect water level, in this case the sensor has to be shielded from this source and infrared is invisible to the human eye.

I do have UV sterilzer but was working fine for months, BUT will try this. Maybe move it closer to other end.

This is not unusual, a bulb aging or even moving a wire closer can cause it, the sure fix is a titanium ground probe. Try with it off, normally a UV makes it rapidly cycle off and on in the frequency of the ballast
