I am trying to set up my new Doser 2.1 and have been having issues. Your download page is not working but I was able to find the GHL Control Center v 1.1.0.0 in a dropbox link on the GHL forum. I connected the USB cable and added the Doser 2.1 in the Control Center, but it says it is unable to connect. I am not sure if the issue is that I could only find the beta version or if I am just missing something. It seems pretty straightforward, except it is not working. My settings are below. Can you offer any advice?

Navigate to your PC's Device Manager and see what comes up under "Ports COM & LPT)". It should say USBVCOM plus the com port number.

Example USBVCOM4

I didn't have that setting under device manager, but your reply helped me understand the issue. I set the port to auto and was able to connect. You would think it would come that way from the download. Thanks for the help.

Possibly not by default because of the need to select a COM port for firmware updates.

That makes sense now that I have completed the setup. Thanks again.
