It is slow in here lately.

So... it has been slow on the reef chat lately. So just curious, what is everyone doing today.

I will he doing the gfo and carbon change today. But more importantly, I am 2 hours into a 5 hour smoke on these chickens.

Doing very little today. Breaking up fights between the kids. Made up new limewater and added to top off. Tested cal and alk. Also tested ph in new limewater batch

Just did 15% water change on both of my tanks, changed carbon on both, fragged a few corals here and there. Time to relax and get ready for work tonight. Another night shift at the hospital :(

10% water change on all three tanks, spent some time on the boat and around the pool, now getting ready to pull ribs and chicken off the wsm around 6.

Was watching the tank and was wondering why my polyps weren't flowing in the current and found out one of my vortechs had gotten unplugged somehow! Now watching all kinds of detritus flowing around my tank from the extra flow again lol

Ouch. We did that not to long ago. It is painful. I wish I would have gone with the sleep number after spending as much as I did anyway.

Friday: swapped return pumps out for the yearly cleaning. (haven't cleaned it yet)
Saturday: went out to the range
Sunday: church, watched jurassic world, and then cleaned out the basement for wife's new exercise equipment.
Not much reef fun this past weekend. Maybe over the fourth Ill finally get to organizing my frag/disaster tank in the basement.
