Its a worm??!!!!!

So i have a xena and seen this worm on it? I really dont know if its a good one or needs to come out. I do know that the coral was fully extended last week and now its coming out but not fully?

Nice, I think i found which one is was, it said they are ok for your tank but i removed it anyways. And there is a worm growing on the side of my Torch coral. I will be cutting it off in the morning time. The coral has been acting a bit weird now that the worm has grown in size.
