Brought home a black cap basslet two weeks ago and never saw him again, I gave him up for dead , not 5 minutes ago I feed the tank and there he goes coming out for dinner ! So glad it's alive. I know they can be shy but never had one hide for so long. Sorry just had to tell some one !! Lol

He was playing hide and go seek. After 2 weeks he was like "What the heck!" Lol. Seriously though, great news.

I added 2 to my 233 and it was 2-3 weeks before I saw even one, and a solid month before they both would come out and stay out during the day.

Great news! This gives me hope. I recently added a mccosker's wrasse and haven't seen him but a few times since the first day. I don't think he's eating, and if I poke around with a flashlight I can catch a glimpse of him every few days so I know he's still alive, but that's about it.
