So my clown fish laid eggs on Monday. It's been 8 days and still no swimming frys. How do I know they're still alive? I'm amusing they're still alive since the parents aren't eating it but just guessing. temp @ 85

checked again and they're gone. :( should i lay a tile next to it or would that delay their breeding?

Chances are they will ignore the tile. They may have hatched and been picked up by the pumps or eaten if they weren't picked off by the clowns. 85 is a little high on temperature IMO. Mine are doing the same laying under the nem it's pretty cool
