It's finally here!!!

so last week I ordered a bunch of stuff from BRS on Black Friday, this is going to be my very first sw tank.i have been planing this for months now and the sales going on I could not resist. I pick up
The Maxspect ethereal w/icv6
30 lbs arga-alive reef sand
Tunze nano ATO
BRS 2 part
Kalkwasser
Mp-10
GFO
And a bottle of bio Spria
That all came in on Monday. Now I am stuck at work and just got the email from ups that my tank was delivered. It's the Nuvo 40 it's absolutely killing me to be here right now. I keep haveing bad thoughts that ups might have roughed up the box, to the point were it's smashed. I have read a lot of reviews that they don't treat heavy boxes Nicely. So hopefully when I get home I can post a picture of a perfectly good in tacked tank.

No worries, IM packs a nice box! When my 40 arrived, it was safe and sound. I'm excited for you! I almost pulled the trigger on the 120 on black Friday ... Being out of stock saved me.

Just called BRS and they said to email pictures to them so hopefully they take care of it.

I will say the box did have a lot of packing in side, the rest of the tank looks fine, I feel like I might of jinx myself by posting this form this morning. But I was so excited I could not stop think about it. Almost like when we were young and staying up late on Christmas Eve cause you knew there were a bunch of presents waiting for you the next day.

So bulk reef just email me back and they are sending me a new tank. I feel so much better its still very disappointing that this had to happen, but I will have to say they stand behind there customers thank you brs.

UPS crushed two acrylic sumps in a row on my latest build. They are the worst. I opened a complaint with them and the local terminal where my driver comes out of called me to apologize and promised to speak to the driver sternly.... for about 2 months he's been very gentile but he's starting to get rough again. I hate them.

Man that horrible! I swear they play kickball on the lunch break with out packages.i am trying to figure out now what happens with ups and the inspectors that MIGHT come look at the tank. If they take it or not? If they do take it what do they do with it? Never had to deal with this till now I am curious with how the process works. Do you have any insight with your sumps being destroyed.
