Everyone says he's sick/going to die... he's been like this since I got him and he eats alot! He hasn't moved at all though and histentaclea don't flow... so not understanding what's going on... is he even a rock flower???

What lights do you have on that tank? There might not be enough blue light for him and he's stretching? all I can think of.

Flower nem and I would focus on the following:
What is tank temperature?
Tank salinity ?
Type of water flow
Ammonia and nitrate level?

Also reduce white light intensity just a little and increase the blue intensity

My parameters have been constant the entire time I've had him. My nitrate stays a bit high because I have to feed the inverts every time I hand feed the nems (3x/weeks)
I do 20% h20 changes every week because of this. Here's my parameters right now. I'm doing a h20 change tonight...

Not bad. While doing water change, bring salinity to 1.025 and flow to moderate. may be too much for the nem itself.

I do know Nitrates irritate the hell out of most Nem's.

how old is your tank?

Try feeding them x2 a week. IMO they're fine even on 1 spot feeding a week, they get a lot of other nutrients on their own.

I've never kept RFA's though.

Alwys keep your blues at least twice as strong as your whites.

My other 3 nems are doing really good but they're at the top. I've had my tank for over a year. I use the preset light settings. Blue is at 100%, whites are at 70%, red/green at 100%.
Why wouldn't he just move if hes unhappy??? Hes at the bottom left corner.
Leather coral unhappy, I know...
