i will do just need to buy a plug in timer this week then i will put it on line

right light is online now so will take weekly pictures on how its working only have it running from 10 pm till 8 am the next morning

i decided to put two cabinets either side to house all the electrics and controllers ,so decided to make two uv bonded glass cabinets to sit inside these (as i work in the glass industry) and also wrapped the sump in a blue film

Those glass cabinets are [emoji1419] and that tank is superb

added the lights but after a few months did not like them sitting on the tanks so made a custom bracket to hang them from which in my opinion looks better

Omggg this is the best light hanging idea ive seen so far, how did you make this and how many screws did you use to attatch to the wall?

made it at work in our metalwork shop ,and only 3 screws ,with cavity fixings as its a stud wall, later this year i am hoping to get a hybrid hanging unit as well

What are you using to grow the algae on for that algae rector of yours? I'm currently using a fiberglass screen for a window and it works great.

i bought a sheet of this it cost £2 in the uk it enough to make 4 ,its normal use if for sewing or knitting i roughed it up with sandpaper and also tied some small cable ties to it all over the mesh

got some new corals this weekend some were free from fellow reefers ,but also got a nice Australian 52 head Duncan

Wowww looks amazing... i read somwhere that if sps are losing tissue from the bottom to add more flow there that stops it

the big colony with the white bottom ,i bought off a fellow reefer 2 weeks ago i knew it would be a risk but was willing to try it
