Picked up some zoas today. This one just opened up. It's a no name but I think it's really cool

I also picked up some sunny D's and a rainbow fusion. The rainbow has not opened up yet but here are the sunny d's. I use to have a colony of sunnys but they melted away a couple of weeks ago.. I haven't figured out why but here is the replacement..

Thanks! Trying to iron out some levels currently.. My alk crept up to 11 dhk.. I like it on the lower side... One of my acros bleached over night.. I think the combo of my po4 creeping up and my alk did her in quick.. Everything else looks fine though other then my acans not fluffing out as usual for a couple of weeks. Which probably goes back to the alk usually being lower..

I have a question for everyone. I want to add s nice new white layer of sand to my sand bed (Its not a deep sand bed by any means). So I picked up 2 bags of pink Fiji live sand.. I have not added it yet because I started thinking maybe I shouldn't have got the live sand.. Will it cause any type of mini cycle or something like that? Please help! :)

I don't think you'll have a problem. U can use a piece of pvc pipe and hold it close to the bottom and drop the sand down it so it won't go all over your tank. I would add it really slow though, so it won't break your cycle. Maybe add about a 4"x4" 1/4" deep once a week till you fill the entire bottom. Just my opinion. .

Cool, ya I got all my PVC and funnel ready to go. But I started to get nervous that I might cause some damage.. All my stuff is looking great for one and with my luck I find something to do that will mess it up for me.. haha I just dont want a cycle to happen because all the bacteria in the live sand..
