Hi guys!

This is my first post at r2r. Like most of you, I also want to share my tank with people who understand and appreciate the hobby. Through this site, and hopefully from people that I will get to know here I will be able to make my tank the best that it can be. I also look forward to sharing what I have learnt over the years to make this hobby more enjoyable and rewarding.

I have always kept a tank or two , mostly freshwater tanks, since I was in grade school. But like most of you, I got bitten by the saltwater bug and I got hooked!

So my current tank has a total water volume of around 110 gallons. The display tank's dimensions are 54" x 26" x 18". It is a little shallower than some tanks I've seen but a little wider too. Reason I wanted it shallow was simply for an easier clean. I wanted a wider tank mainly for aquascaping purposes. When I do another tank though, I might go for a deeper tank. And wider. Okay and longer!

Well enough has been said for now. I will update with pics and other details later on. But for now, allow me to share my tank's youtube video. Please watch on HD when you can. Here is the link:

Thank you all.

Could you post a picture of your sump area? That footprint is the exact dimension I am looking at. Thanks.

Beautiful tank. Are you using 2 parts or calcium reactor for it? What is your light system?

I will as soon as I am able to take pictures and upload. Although you might be disappointed as I'm kinda ashamed of my sump because of its poor plumbing and rather simplistic design.

Thank you! I am using 2-part on a doser. I use 2 ai hydra and 1 hydra52. They are controlled by the director.
