Jac's 110G Mixed Reef

Yes. It's gorgeous, plus it's a monti which means I can add it to my long list of corals I want to have xD

It's an easy sps to keep in my experience. A fast grower too. In fact ive given a few frags of it to some local reefers already

Yep, definitely making it onto my wish list lol. I absolutely love montis and think they are coolest sps. (Plus they're not TOO difficult to care for-although I did lose a favorite rainbow monti for an unknown reason and another bleached out but my sunburst and sunset have been doing great in the meantime).

Yea, got the sunset from a local Don't break the chain (had for a year and still not really ready to frag). And I should have written starburst not sunburst (too many names to similar keep track xD). I got it from Legendary Corals, it's my first plating monti and I'm in love (kind of wish all my montis plated).

I know I've been flooding my thread with macro shots. Sorry guys I can't help it. I just love taking macro pictures. So here are a few more...

So that's it for macro shots for now. From here on I would like to introduce to you to what I call my "citizens"- the various fishes and other wonderful creatures that reside within the limited confines of my tank.

We all know that we cannot perfectly replicate the habitat from which our corals, fishes, inverts, etc were collected from. But I am sure you will all agree with me when I say that we try our hardest to make these living creatures not only live, but thrive while they are in our care.

It is in this regard that I see myself not as an owner of a reef tank with so and so equipments and livestocks but as a caretaker of these wonderful animals. As this thread progresses, I wish for you to get acquainted with them. And perhaps, if you will be so generous, help me in making sure they remain healthy, happy, and vibrant while they remain citizens of the world I have put them in.
