Jade Wrasse swollen belly

Hi, we’ve noticed that our jade Wrasse is getting large on his underside. Does anyone know if it’s just eating a lot? Or if he may have a problem? He’s behaving normally and eating, I’ve seen him poo in the past couple of days and he’s just as active as normal. This has happened over a few weeks, and while the fish itself is growing in size, as it was still young when we got it. Hard to get pictures as he’s constantly moving!
