Jaebo DP-4 Dosing Pump Help

I just got this pump yesterday. I was able to calibrate and program 2 of the pump heads and they seem to work fine. It was late when I did it, so I mistakenly programmed pump heads 1 and 3 without going through the steps of manually testing a d calibrating them (I calibrated pump head 2 and then programmed pump head 3 by mistake).

Pump heads 1 and 3 are humming like they want to pump but they are not drawing any liquid. I suspect this is because I had not gone through the first two steps and the software is in a weird state. Does anyone know how to reset the pump and allow me to erase the programming on all or some of the pump heads? I tried disconnecting the power for 15 minutes but that didn't work. Help please!

I would try and email them for assistance, I don't think you are going to find an answer any other way, unless someone has already emailed them on a similar issue?

Not trying to high jack but...do I really need to use a "graduated cylinder" to calibrate this doser?

I would think any type of measuring cup would work. This doser is next on my list. I'm planning on using pumps 1-2 for 2 part for my dt and then 3-4 for 2 part on my frag tank right next to it
