Hi everyone!

Lately I've been interested in softies, and the Japanese Deepwater Neon Green Toadstool came to my attention. I was wondering if anyone anyone had this specific species in there tank, and if they could share their pictures. I just wanted to see if there was a difference between the Japanese one vs. the ones with a tan base and green polyps. Thanks for your time! [emoji5]

I won one on ebay. Pretty sure it's not a true japanese deep water. Still pretty nice for $15. I'd love one with the looking polyps. Some what visible on the left.

That's very beautiful as well! [emoji4] What ebay vendor did you get yours from and how long have you had yours for?

Reef pets on ebay. I've had it for about 4 months or so. It's grown noticeably so I know its not one like the one posted earlier.

Here is a poor cell phone pic of mine. I was picking the bubble algae off of the Tonga branch in front of it and accidentally knocked it off.

I was going to retake a pic without my evening actinics, but now it is ticked off and retracted. So I'll just post this with much of the blue edited out.

I have had it for a couple of months now - about the size of a nickel. Slow grower and it has a neon green cap with all polyps retracted.
