That’s a baby, it will color up more and get orange like the mother over the next couple weeks

That's a baby. If it was Part of the foot, You could sever the connection to the mom with a clean razor blade and remove it from the disc creating a new baby.

JB babies start off pale, dull or white and color up as so as they get out from under the mother. Sometimes they are just as bright as the mother
