I have 5 discomas that were on a plug but all of them detached and are now free floating around my frag tank. The only thing I noticed was that a large rhodactis was somewhat near the colony and possibly touched it at some point. Anyways the discomas have now been shriveled up and free floating for about 2 weeks. Any ideas on what to do to make them settle down?

I've got other discomas that are all very happy and healthy with no issues. It's only these 5 that are specifically giving me trouble. Parameters are all stable and within normal limits, flow is pretty low, and light is low to medium.

that's common with shrooms and new enviorments. this is what I do, I get a jar and fill the bottom up with rubble, I then gather all the detached shrooms and put them in followed by a thin clear mesh and rubber band on the top to keep anything but water from going in and out. place the jar in low flow area with decent lighting and sooner or later the shrooms will re attach. I've had this happen to me a few times on a JBS and regular discos

Cool thanks
I'm going to give it a shot.
