Jazz.

Okay so, is there anyone else out there that likes jazz? Like real old jazz? Or is that just me... I listen to it consistently while messing with my aquarium and I can’t get enough of it. If you do share your favorite pieces!

My favorite style of music to play is dixieland jazz. Went to college as a music major playing Tuba. Today I work in computers, but fortunate enough to be able to have an instrument and even have a small(very!) group at work. We play once a week at the office, and started 'kicking off' company events by playing during coffee.

We won't be quitting our day job, but it's just so much fun! -- and a clip of back in my college days:

Yesssss!!! I love Dixieland Jazz. I play Clarinet and when I lived back in Florida a few friends and I would play stuff in the hallways at school. Dixieland style Jazz along with all the Billie H. Peggy Lee and Bobby Darin is just magnificent.

Those are both great too. There’s a gypsy jazz cover of ‘Heart of Glass’ by Blondie somewhere and it’s really good

YES! I’m the top alto sax player in my highschool and a proud member of the jazz band! I play all different types of saxophone (bari, tenor, alto, soprano) and am in three different jazz groups. Before the virus, we played a lot in the tex mex restaurants around town but we can’t do that anymore :(. My whole family plays the sax so I hear a lot of Kenny G and Dave Koz, but I love that stuff from New Orleans that just sounds free.

A fellow highschooler!! Hahaha. I kinda thought I was alone for the most part here. Bari Sax is oh my gosh so fricken good every time I hear it, it just puts ice in my veins!!! It looks so fun to play.
