JB Weld Putty

I know that there are a number of puttys out there and the JB Weld has a number of products for gluing, but I picked this up on the fly and am wondering if it's reef safe.

It is. I use it for my bigger corals. Otherwise I just use glue. See where it says “drinking water safe” so if it’s good enough for me it’s good enough for the reef.

Used this stuff, no issues with tank.
but it’s ugly. It will stand out like a sore thumb for years. It just looks unnatural in tank.

Mine got covered by coralline, sponge, etc. so only had to live with it a short time.
