I have a new JBJ 30g rimless and hate the glass lids but need a lid because I have fish that jump. I found a custom acrylic one online, but it is $150 and I'd rather not spend that much. Any ideas/suggestions?

If you can take measurements, Bulk Reef Supply sells a kit that works great.

I used the existing clips that came with the JBJ for this lid. Had to cut them though with a razor blade. Used super glue to adhere.

I also have the BRS screen top and it works great on my JBJ 30 gal.RL. But I do know there are other members that have gone to their local hardware store and bought a window screen kit for a lesser cost then BRS. Artfully Acrlycs also does custom tops that many members here love. Hope this has helped. :)

Awesome, thanks everyone, that was exactly what I was looking for! Which kit did you get and did you need to make any modifications to make it fit?

I got the 1/4" for rimless tanks. They give you plenty of window frame and netting. Enough netting to reapply later on if it gets dirty too.
