Jebao 4.4 doser not dosing schedule

Guys
I caught my doser not dosing this morning, the times set correct to my country.
I tried putting it on 24 setting 15 minutes apart to see if it would dose anything but no luck.
It’s connected because I can manually dose any channel but it won’t follow the schedule.
I reset my phone and reset the doser with a power off but don’t know what else to do??

Returned to supplier today for them to check it

But this problem I solved , the auto program had switched off
