Jebao ALW series

Hey everyone— I’m looking for an upgrade on a power head. Historically I used the Jebao TW40 and enjoyed it.

I came across the ALW series on a thread from researching. Immediately I tried looking for YouTube reviews and other online forum reviews… but there are none… Amazon sells a few— and another website I came across says “can no longer be sold.” Was this product discontinued? Again— Amazon sells them, but now I’m hesitant on buying one.

Another option I have is the MLW (I just hate how bulky it is).

I like the WiFi feature.

The SLW, SLW-m, MLW, ALW, ELW and now DLW are all basically the same pumps. The only difference is the controller. DLW is Bluetooth, though, not wifi.

Oh man— so I’m staying away from the SLW 5 bc I received the dlw 10 today… and I’m sending it back. The pump isn’t strong enough— my entry level wave maker that came with my setup is stronger and it’s 30$…., the dlw shakes a lot inside the tank, so I don’t trust it one bit. I almost sense it will give in within a few months. Maybe I got a faulty one?
