I'm setting up a new frag tank 72x24x13 and I want to use a dc12000 for closed loop and wp40 controller for it I wonder if it would work or if anyone has don't it ? Please share your ideas and thoughts .

Very interesting question. I'd love to give it a try as long as I know I'm not going to fry the controller or the pump. I have DC12000 in a sump on my 180g and on my 65g frag tank. And I'll be installing one into my CL on the 180g any day now. But to get it to work like a wve maker... that would be cool. But I seriously doubt it will work. The WP wave makers are small and very light weight so momentum and inertia are much smaller values than they will be on the bigger, heavier DC12000 pump.
