Hey all, shopping for budget wavemakers for my Im 100 int tank 5/8" glass or 15mm
I've never ordered from alibaba before so it's a little sketchy but apparently people have had good luck so I may try it out.

Came across the jebao dmp line and I see they now have another model called the "dmp m"

They are only a few bucks more but I'm curious if people have seen these or tried them yet. I'm wondering what the difference is and if they're worth the upgrade?

The m add wifi control. The regular are just Bluetooth. I prefer Bluetooth myself.

The DMP "M" has the motor inside the aquarium, whereas the regular DMP has it outside similar to the Ecotech MP line.
Also, since your tank is 5/8 glass, I'd look at the DMP 40s so you get the stronger magnet

Thanks, now I want one, and I’ve spent my budget for June.😢 Also Available on Amazon, listed as Generic, but you can search under DMP

Not sure why this isn’t showing in my previous post.

What? The M only indicates that it has wifi built in and not bluetooth only like the regular DMP pumps. ALL DMP are basically a vortech clone M or non M

I have the DMP40M and it has the dry side/wet side setup just like the dmp40 but it has WIFI is the only difference
