Jebao mdp 2000 pump on Amazon sent used pump as new

so ordered a jebao mdp 2000 pump amazon stated there in two days an took over a week plus. Ok thats fine..
then open the box that looks older than it should. no seal and the corners a bit messed up. The controller and the power cords are not tied together and the power supply is already connected to the controller and the pump has some clear residue on it. Clearly used and not new.. anyone ever have this with Jebao
 
I do not think that it is Jebao you should complain about this - rather Amazon and the seller

This happens sometimes with Amazon, just send it back and get a new one, they make is easy and painless.
 
yes.. agreed I believe it is the seller. NOT jebao. was interesting as I was getting the repeated notices that it was going to take more than a day. then more than a week ect.. I still saw that it was being sold on amazon as next day availability.. LOL..
