Frag tank photo dump. This tank is not all that impressive and still very much a work in progress.

The dinos are gone. I did a three day blackout over a week ago and have yet to see them since.

Lots of micro and macro algae growth going on in there. Some coral doing good, others not as much. My lights have been sitting too high, so I will be slowly lowering them over the next couple weeks.

Coralline is making a bigger presence on the BB. I need to siphon out a lot of the detritus and various substrates that have collected. Give it more room to take over.

I have a lot of turbo snails and pitho crabs I need to get moved down here. I am considering an urchin or two and I'd love to find a Tomini tang.

FL Aquacultured rock. Had to kalk some aiptasia and a majano. May grab a filefish for this tank as well.

Goni frags I got from SBB. I really don't know Euphyllia very well, but I think they're happy.

Need to lower and tighten up the proximity some of my fixtures to get these SPS more light.

Some new frag tank additions this weekend. Tomini Tang, a couple Talbot Damsels, and a massive urchin(I think rose). Trying to get the algae under control in here. I added 12 turbo snails as well.

It's hard getting a good still shot of these guys top down, so gifs it is.

Tons of pod activity.

Update and big photo dump. What's new?

- Buying a lot of LPS lately.

- Treated the tank with fluconazole after exhausting all potential CUC and other methods. I tried raising magnesium with Brightwell Hydrat-MG. This method was becoming cost prohibitive and has seriously ticked off two of my digitata. All other montis are fine though.

- I had some dosing issues over the last month or two. Trying to balance AFR and kalkwasser was becoming a PITA. Some acropora suffered. Lost some newer frags and watched my beloved Orange Passion STN halfway. It has since stopped.

- I dropped AFR a few weeks ago and I'm currently dosing a little over 2g of saturated kalkwasser on a 24/7 drip. Ditched the stirrer and using a 20g reservoir until I get another 44g brute.

- I got two Smatfarm G5s for the frag tank.

Seems happy so far. All this euphyllia is new territory for me. I'm looking forward to getting some heads down in the frag tank eventually.

Glad I stuck with it. Was demoralizing to say the least for a couple weeks there, and depressing to look at the tank for months. But I've learned A LOT since then. I feel pretty dang stable now, so I better be on my toes haha.
