Got my shipment of corals yesterday. Packaging was excellent did not leak a drop! The Corals are awsome! Especially the HeatWave Chalice, which makes My Miami look simple. Communication is excellent which is something I value as much as the Product! Thanks Joe, will do business with you again!

I had to reply to my feedback on JoesKnowsReefs. When my package arrived one of the chalice that was glued on a plug became dislodged during shipment. No fault to Joe only an unfortunate issue. The chalice was injured during shipping, so I sent pics while coral was still in the sealed bag. Joe responded immediately to say he would make it good if any problems progress. It seems the coral might not make it, and I have been updating the progress of coral. I am glad to have bought corals with confidence @ JoesKnowsReefs! The customer service he provides is Top Notch! Oh, and the corals are even Better. Thanks Again Joe! Will definitely buy from again!
