My wife has always wanted a saltwater aquarium. She kept tossing around where to put it. House feels cluttered. Just no place for it. The cost is prohibitive. The upkeep. You know, things that talked herself out of getting started. Well, we(she) jumped into it. She settled on a Hello Reef set up. Hello Reef does not lie when it states this kit will get you started. Of all the kits we looked over Hello Reef is the most complete. Petco had a 20% off sale. That was the final clincher. We went for it. Getting started is one thing. Keeping it going is a different animal all together. Thus far we have added a ATO, purchased a 4 phase RO/DI filter system, purchased a lid for the tank, test kit, pipettes, sand cleaner. Hello Reef tank stand....and more. It has been an adventure so far and we don't even have CUC in the tank yet! This weekend looks to be the time to add CUC. As many have stated...patience is the key word.
