I finally got rid of my Texas trash palys that took over the right side of my tank. It was a long drawn out process and I still have a small amount to remove. It was not an easy job and when they released their toxin in the water I lost some of my Lps, all my sps and 2 clams. A sad and costly mistake but I did the tank a favor on the long run because they were running over other corals and killing them. I wanted to share this because palytoxin is deadly to Lps and sps. My tank is getting a make over for its second birthday in September. I'm completely getting rid of those palys and grape calurpa. I did leave my xenia/Gsp because they behave. Here's some pictures of the tanks work in progress. I'm not going to redo the aqua scape because it is already nice. Just getting rid of the weedy stuff and adding bright colors like oranges and reds.
