I can't seem to find hardly any pictures of this acro, especially colony shots. I just recieved a frag and I am curious what it will look like when it grows up. I bought it after seeing a frag pic and I was sold. I did find one colony pic wwc posted of this acro but I didnt know if I was allowed to post it without asking wwc first.
Soooo, if anyone has colony, mini colony, frag shots- whatever just post em up!!! Any information on this acro would be great as well, thanks!!

Would love to see some as well.

I got mine from wwc 18 months ago as a nub and its barely grown at all. it looks great under led only. Nice dark purple base with neon polyps. Under daytime t-5's looks like a nice tan/ browned out sps. I'll try and get some pics but I'm sure they won't come out

I had some shipping issues and got my package late yesterday so mine lost a little color but it still looks pretty nice.
The base tan-ish red the top half is blue, and the tips have a neon yellow glow. I can only imagine what it looks like once i color back up! I only have a camera phone so i cant get a good pic.

I'm dying to see some pics, anyone out there?

Who's Jose, and does Karl know he stole his acropora name? :p

LOL don't give up. here is an acro that I had for a while that I suspect to be the same species. it has a mixture of purple under shaded areas and more blue in high light with yellowish green polyps.

thanks. its a sensitive piece but when its happy it takes off. I founf this pic a while ago from RC. It belonged to a Canadian reefer but his name escapes me at the moment. I believe its the same one as well as mine looked like this before it started shooting out a bunch of branches

When you say if wwc has it, are you talking about the jose casa's candelight, or the one in the pic?

Yea thats the only colony shot i have seen is from wwc. I got my frag from rocky mountain frags.

Here goes a bump! I'm not giving up yet!!

Not gonna happen dude. This isn't a common coral and it hasn't been around awhile. You'll have to show us a colony shot in a couple years.

Still ain't giving up, here's my primetime bump!!!
