Judge my skimmate! I

I see a lot of people with super dark skimmate, and wanted to know if there is something wrong with mine! (Gf thought it was tea and almost drank it LOL)

Looks light to me. Mine is a dark army green most of the time unless i heavily skim the tank. In that case, it comes out to the color of yours.

Wet or Dry its skim mate... You are skimming wet and probably have to empty that a few times a week.. if not daily.

I clean out my skimmer once a week, and it's not full ever. I've never had the super dark type before

I set my skimmers to fill a cup every day or two. I don't care about the color, but it's usually really nasty. That said my tanks are overstocked as crap and I feed lots of nori which skimmers remove.
