Blue Wrasse survived qt treatment but didn't survive the transfer to display tank. I don't think there was any physical injury on transfers. I picked up a drip acclimator to make process smoother incase the pH was off too much from QT to display.
I have lost the male anthia, and another dominant female anthia. While siphoning the tank, there was stringy poop both white and black. Not sure if there was anything internal going on, or if twice daily feeding (sometimes 3) isn't enough to sustain the dominant fish's energy expenditure. Ammonia has stabilized on this tank, and no longer needs daily water changes. Today is Day 24 of copper.
Anthias Remaining
The Gem tang/ Foxface and the flame angel, copperband, and filefish are at the same station. The two tanks are on day 21 of copper. Wish the foxface would eat more aggressively.
Gem Tang
Magnificent
Flame and Copper band
The last qt planned is the second 29 gallon divided. Plan is for a powder blue hybrid and a yellow eyed white tail bristletooth tang. Should be getting the PB today, just added the white tail last night.
Day 0 WT Tang
The display tank has battled dino's and seem to have them in check. Nitrates up around 10 and phosphates 0.2, with daily dosing.
Moved the UV to the frag tank and it has cleared up the algae bloom, but the protein skimmer is overflowing so had to turn it off. The chaeto is also melting after thriving prior to the algae bloom, so need to remove that from tank.
