Howdy,

I've been into freshwater for more than a decade and have recently decided to venture into salt. My father-in-law offered up a 75 gallon tank that's been sitting in his garage. I'm not sure what it comes with, but I'm learning about the hardware requirements so I'll have an idea of what to purchase. YouTube has been helpful, but this forum looks to be far more detailed.

Welcome to the forum! Everyone here is super helpful if you cant find the answer to a question in your searches!

My suggestion would be to start nice and simple and add the big pricey/intimidating equipment as you progress! With light livestock you wont need alot of that stuff for quite some time!

Have fun with it and enjoy the ride!
