I acquired this bleached rbta about a year ago. It continued to bleach and eventually split. At this point they looked really bad. One of the splits floated into a tunze and got puréed. I figured I had nothing to lose so I let them be. With

lots of patience and good water quality both halves have regained their beautiful colors. But the one is obviously much smaller than the other.

Wish I had photos, but my best success story was actually a frag from you guys. I bought a CC Darth Maul favia about 1.5 years back. Nice frag that grew to about 2" across! One day while rescaping my tank I noobishly put it next to a Snake Skin Chalice and then the next day I was down to one little favia eye. I think you can imagine how small one of the eyes on the darth maul favia is. After much TLC, 1.5 years later, and it's nice enough to frag. :)

I couldn't find the old pic where I was loosing it, but I'll post anyway. A couple years ago the heater on my 10g had stuck on and I came home to around a ninety degree tank. Somehow my Bubble Coral made it through and has recovered. It went from 7" open to a little bigger than a quarter. Here it is today...

Sorry the picture is not great. Our lights were already dimming for the day. We have a Sunset Monti that we purchased at about a half inch of growth on a plug. It was in a nano and bleached out and almost completely died off. We moved it into our 140 reef and it made a miraculous come back. It has now spread to almost a fist sized area and is doing awesome.

Pretty browned out Acropora I bought about a month ago, it was pretty much all brown with a bit of bleaching and a hint of green and zero polyp extension. It has since colored up quite nicely, the entire Acro is now green with some nice looking red polyps that stay extended all day now. I bought it at a discount as it wasn't doing so hot in the LFS frag tank in hopes I could bring it back.

I am especially proud of what we have to offer during this sale, a large part of it is grown right here at Cherry Corals. This is what it is all about, growing Cherries long term for ourselves and everyone to enjoy long term.

The winner of the shipping module will be announce by 12 est and I will get another contest ready that will end prior to the start of the sale.

I always try to buy homegrown corals, so this makes the sale even better! I'm glad to be part of it!

:first:

I would like to take a moment and explain what "plan B" is with regard to the grand prize. If for some reason the winner cannot make it to MACNA Denver this year, we are going to offer a Reefapalooza Orlando package with the same terms and conditions
