The way a build thread should look. From day 1. Nicely laid out and I will catch up on this tomorrow likely.
Looking forward to this read.

Clowns and Nem is looking happy and good. The bigger of the clowns plays in the Nem or hangs out on the side of the tank close to the Nem. The smaller clown chases his reflection all day and night in till room and tank lights are off.
One clown will eat from tweezers and the shrimp will take a bigger chunk of LRS from the coral feeder.
Now that there is food going in the tank there is a lot of brown spots covering rocks and sand. It appears a little stringy.
That is good. You did see the part “ same as the rest of us” though right? Cause we have all done it.
Thank you for the kind words. I couldn’t have done this with out all the great people on R2R.The way a build thread should look. From day 1. Nicely laid out and I will catch up on this tomorrow likely.

They make me laugh but I was a nervous new dad the first couple days.In my experience, Clownfish just love dancing with their reflections. So funny.
I hope so too. That made me smile. I just wanted to be sure you understood I was not scolding you, but was sympathizing with you. Laughing with you, not at you. I am glad you got what I was saying.I did see that but hopefully I can be one of the few that gets to enjoy healthy clowns and Nem to go old. Now that I got my rookie move out of the way I should be good.
Great quick phone shots! Love those clowns. Did you see my silly quick video of my clowns wiggly butts? It makes me smile!Last night after dinner I raised flow to 20% on the MP40’s. The BTA would shrink up at lights out but I didn’t with more flow. It looks like the BTA is stretching his foot and is sitting taller from the hole it’s in.
The clown after dinner went to the BTA as usual but she stayed the night. When I got home they both were playing in the BTA and I got some crumby iPhone pictures.
Who doesn’t love clowns wiggly butts. They made me smile also.I hope so too. That made me smile. I just wanted to be sure you understood I was not scolding you, but was sympathizing with you. Laughing with you, not at you. I am glad you got what I was saying.

Yes southern thing. I laughed.@mta_morrow @Katrina71 I was confused the realized it must be a southern thing. Idk
@Fudsey you have 9 more years of life experience then me.
Everyone is looking happy so I had new parent panic I think@Crabby48 My tank looks the same.... Not sure what caused it but my water is cloudy too and can't really be captured in a pic.
Thank you for reading my build thread and the kind words. I moved the tank before water was put in. I can’t help you with moving yours with the clowns because this is my first tank and only had the clowns for 5 days. Hopefully some one else will be able to give advice.Yes southern thing. I laughed.
Anyway I've been away and read everything on your thread now all caught up, really like what you've done. If I understood correctly and am not totally confused you moved the tank when you moved? Or did you just relocate the tank?
Sorry doing a lot of catch up, but if you did move with a relatively new tank w/clowns how did you prep, as I'm moving my clowns very soon .
And again, props on such a nice looking setup so soon.
No 2 part or reactor. I didn’t see the snails making love but also not sure what it looks like.Possible bacteria bloom of some sort?
